General registration for all Swannanoa Gathering summer programs opens on April 23, 2026, at 12:00 noon ET, and will remain open until the start of each program

Instructions to Select Classes

  1. Log in and then click the button “Class Selection 2026.”
  2. Choose your preferred class(es).
  3. If the class says “[sold out]”, choose “No Class” in the first field and in the second field for the class choose the class you wish to be put on the waitlist for.
  4. Fill out the entire form and click “Submit.” Once you hit “Submit” your class selection is confirmed and finalized.
  5. Check your email for confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then your class selections have not been processed. Please make your selections again and click “Submit.”
  6. A payment link will be emailed to you within 10 business days.
