The Swannanoa Gathering wouldn’t be possible without our enthusiastic volunteers. Our popular work exchange program offers an opportunity for adult students to volunteer a set amount of scheduled hours, in return for a set amount of waived tuition charges.

Logistics- Tent set-ups/breakdowns - Classroom setup & support - Instrument check - Chair setup
Office support- Printing/copying - Stocking supplies - Various administrative tasks - Assisting with merch
Attendee Support - Answering Questions - Taking messages - Assisting with merch - Instrument check
